All of our project managers are proactive and clear communicators. They are savvy with using collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Zoho Work and many more. Their goal is to be available to consult and coordinate throughout the project in order to complete it on time.
All of our work passes through rigorous testing procedures before we present it to you. This ensures a great working product built to impress.
After our internal QA testing, we will help you test your product until you are satisfied. Between our testing and your testing, your product will meet and surpass your expectations.
Our business development team will meet with you to understand your business and project. We will consultatively provide ideas and insights from our years of experience to make your project the best possible.
After we understand your project, we will provide an estimate of the budget and timeline in our proposal. We will also discuss the whole IT Hands process of how we will get your project done.
In the Startup Call, we set clear communication and collaboration expectations for our entire relationship and introduce you to your Project Coordinator and Project Team. Lots of future challenges are mitigated by setting a great foundation for your project.
Throughout your project, you will have a weekly, verbal meeting with your project team. At this meeting, you will discuss what has been done, any questions or feedback and what the priorities are for next week.
For over 15 years, IT Hands has been using and refining these questionnaires to understand our clients and their needs. We offer them free to you so that you can get the requirements you need from your clients and win their business.
We want to use what you are using, so that we can integrate into your team and process. Throughout the years, we have used communication tools, such as Slack, Google Hangouts, and Skype. For Project Management Systems, we have used Trello, Asana, Zoho, Teamwork and many others. If we haven’t used it before, we can learn to communicate effectively with you.
Your project coordinator will be an Indian, who has been highly-trained by both our American and Indian staff to effectively manage your project. Your relationship manager will be an American, who lives in India and works closely with each project and project team.
Our team works Indian Standard Time hours, from 9 am to 7 pm (11:30 PM to 9:30 AM EST). This means that while you sleep we are getting your project done and have a few hours each morning of overlap to communicate. At IT Hands, we greatly value our employees and want the best for them inside and outside the office. Working standard Indian hours allows them to be a part of their family and community.
In emergent situations, we can start a project within one business day. Normally, we will start a project within five business days from when the Work Statement is signed. However, if you need a project started sooner, we will work hard to start as quickly as possible.
Yes, we provide support and maintenance for many of our clients. At the end of your initial project, IT Hands will discuss your support and maintenance needs with you. Every project is different, so we will create a support and maintenance package that fits your needs.
